For some areas outside of Canada and the USA, delivery can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, At Home etc. is not responsible for lost / stolen orders. After your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping details via email.

We are proud to offer a 14 Day Return Policy on all purchases. If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 14 days to arrange a return. Customers wishing to return an item(s) need to "Contact Us" with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable.
